In our efforts to continuously improve our services, we have installed a piece of equipment that'll enable clinicians to spend more high value time with you. The Surgery Pod is a simple to use machine to be used by patients to perform their own tests, the results of which automatically update your patient record.

It can also be used for many other data collection tasks such as changing of personal details or completing clinical questionnaires.

We will promote it further within the surgery and keep you informed of how it's helping efficiency. 

Manor Farm Medical Centre is offering extended opening hours on a Monday.

If you need a routine appointment and are unable to make an appointment during the day, you can make an appointment between 6.30pm and 7.15pm on Monday evenings.

Dispensing patients that have difficulty collecting their medication can now enjoy the benefit of a medication delivery service. We have a liveried van (pictures in the gallery) and full-time driver that knows the area extensively. Ask at dispensary for more details.
