In our efforts to continuously improve our services, we have installed a piece of equipment that'll enable clinicians to spend more high value time with you. The Surgery Pod is a simple to use machine to be used by patients to perform their own tests, the results of which are immediately recorded to your patient record. It can also be used for many other data collection tasks such as changing of personal details or completing clinical questionnaires. We will promote it further within the surgery and keep you informed of how it's helping efficiency. 

We've achieved excellent results in the latest GP Survey Report. There have been increases in satisfaction in a number of areas, including:

• receptionists, doctors and staff
• phoning through to GPs and staff
• explanations of problems and how to cope with them

Manor Farm Medical Centre is offering extended opening hours on a Monday.

If you need a routine appointment and are unable to make an appointment during the day, you can make an appointment between 6.30pm and 8.00pm on Monday evenings.

Dispensing patients that have difficulty collecting their medication can now enjoy the benefit of a medication delivery service. We have a liveried van (pictures in the gallery) and full-time driver that knows the area extensively. Ask at dispensary for more details.
