Repeat Prescriptions

To order a repeat prescription tick the required items on your repeat slip and place that into the designated box at the dispensary entrance.

You can also order your repeat prescription online via the link at the top of this page (registration required - forms from reception).

We prefer not to receive phone calls pertaining to repeat medication requests, unless you are unable to use one of the aforementioned methods.

Collections

If your repeat request is made at one of our branch surgeries, the item(s) will be available from the branch surgery the following week.

Necton dispenses on a small scale, while Narborough branch patients can elect to collect from Narborough on Monday or Thursday.

Medication delivery can be organised for the housebound - please discuss with our dispensary in the first instance.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
