The reception team is made up of five trained receptionists who can answer many of your queries; they have been tasked by the GPs to ask for details of your symptoms to ensure you are seen by the appropriate clinician. Please help our clinicians by giving as much detail as possible.

Administration
We have a team of administrative and IT staff who are seldom seen by our patients. They are a very important part our team and help to keep the surgery running smoothly.
Clinical Team
The GPs are supported clinically by an clinical pharmacist, community matron, advanced nurse practitioners, nurse practitioners, practice nurses, and HCAs.
Dispensary
The dispensary team is made up of seven qualified NVQ2 dispensers and one dispensary assistant, who provide a dispensing service across our Swaffham and Necton branch.
